Payment Terms and Conditions

Payment will be; - Made in the week the festival goes live. - GST inclusive. - Made as follows if <1000 paid participants o Presentation - $400 AUD o Demonstration - $400 AUD o Interview - $300 AUD o Q&A - $200 AUD - Made as follows if >1000 paid participants o Presentation - $800 AUD o Demonstration - $800 AUD o Interview - $600 AUD o Q&A - $400 AUD I have read and accept these terms and conditions.

Presenter Terms and Conditions

Definitions • The term ‘Content’ defines any recorded presentations, interviews, demonstrations and handouts produced for Soul Craft Festival Online 2021. • ‘LAM Connect Pty Limited’ is the family company that we run Soul Craft Festival Online through. • ‘Soul Craft Festival Online’ is defined as the Soul Craft Festival which runs during the second half of 2021 Usage Terms and Conditions Based on the payment made by LAM Connect Pty Limited as per the remuneration section of this document, LAM Connect Pty Limited has the following usage rights for the content produced: • Inclusion in Soul Craft Festival Online that runs in the second half of 2021. • Available to ticket holders of Soul Craft Festival Online after the event has finished as per the terms on Soul Craft Online website. • Available to Felicia Semple and LAM Connect Pty Limited for promotional material for future events where no additional direct income is generated for either Felicia Semple or LAM Connect Pty Limited. It is also agreed that the content will not be used for any other purpose by the content producer, unless agreed in writing by Felicia Semple or LAM Connect Pty Limited. Additional payments for usage of content It is agreed that; • the content producer will negotiate with Felicia Semple and/or LAM Connect Pty Limited in good faith for usage of all or part of the content, where it is used in an activity where there is direct income generated for Felicia Semple or LAM Connect Pty Limited. Submitting this form is indicative that you accept the terms and conditions of remuneration as specified in the Presenter Information Pack 2021. I have read and accept these terms and conditions.

Marketing Terms and Conditions

As part of your contract with Soul Craft Festival Online you agree to promote your involvement in the festival at least two times in the lead up to the event. 1. At the official launch of the festival – timing TBD 2. When tickets go on sale. Soul Craft Festival Online agree to; 1. Promote your involvement in the festival through our social media channels before and during the festival. 2. Include a bio page on our website that includes your picture, bio and all your social media details. I have read and accept these terms and conditions.
