The Flow of the weekend!
The weekend begins after lunch on Friday Sept 8th, where we will come together for a welcoming afternoon tea, before heading straight into our first workshop. Friday evening we will come together for dinner, drinks and to meet our teachers and fellow crafters, share stories and plan your adventures.
Our second workshop will be held on Saturday morning after (optional) early yoga and delicious breakfast. Saturday afternoon has space for either relaxation and free craft, OR you can partake in our optional bonus workshops, or restorative yoga. We will come together Saturday evening to share a meal and chat about our day around the fire.
Sunday begins with another (optional!) yoga class followed by a yummy breakfast and a day of solid crafting with our sensational teachers. We finish up with a late afternoon tea and say our goodbyes.
Our workshops are a creative hands–on experience. Our classes are small and intimate allowing time for questions, space to build on ideas, make mistakes and learn new things. We have designed many of them especially so you can begin, work and follow your project through to something beautiful and complete. Others look at mastering particular techniques or building on your skills.
The workshops are a chance to gather knowledge, learn new skills and be inspired by an amazing group of gifted teachers and passionate and talented crafters. We are so excited to have talented (and lovely!!) teachers from all corners of the crafting world to come and share their love of making.
Details of this years workshops and the schedule of workshops will be posted on Wednesday 19th of April 2017.

The Craft Sessions retreat is all-inclusive event which offers workshops as part of the retreat, rather than offering a guaranteed place in an individual workshop. As part of the registration we collect three preferences for each workshop time slot in order to assign workshops to each person. While we try to give each person their first choice, this isn't always possible due to demand. We have always been able to give someone one of their top three choices.
Buying a ticket to The Craft Sessions means that you are happy to accept any of your three workshop preferences.
Apologies, we are unable to offer refunds based on class preferences.
Accommodation is simple twin share rooms with ensuite facilities and electric blankets for the cool nights. You can see pictures of the rooms on the Yarra Valley Estate website.
All meals are provided, and are absolutely delicious, with morning and afternoon tea as well as plenty of cups of tea to keep you going.
